A pattern our founder kept seeing.

Smart, ambitious organisations were stalled because their foundations weren’t ready for what they wanted to do next. The promise of AI was real enough. The foundations underneath it usually weren’t.

SEL exists to close that gap. Processes that work, tools and systems that fit, and data that connects. So when AI arrives, the business is genuinely ready for it, not just hopeful.
