Do I need to prepare anything?
The snapshot only asks for what you already know about your business. If you book the Readiness Review, we send a short prep note beforehand.
What if our problem is bigger than the snapshot can capture?
The Readiness Review is built to surface that. If the right next step is the paid Readiness Diagnostic (a deeper 2–3 week assessment), we'll say so, and you decide.
Will you try to sell me something on the call?
No. The Readiness Review is for diagnosis, not closing. If a sprint or paid engagement is the right next move, we'll explain why, and the sales conversation happens separately.
Is this only for F&B and distribution businesses?
Those are the industries we know in our bones, but we're open to others where the readiness gap pattern is the same.
