Terms of Service
The terms governing use of this website and any preliminary correspondence with SEL.
These Terms cover your use of the website and preliminary enquiries (free Readiness Snapshot, email correspondence, scoping conversations). They do not govern any paid engagement between you and SEL. Every paid engagement is governed by a separate, signed Statement of Work or Letter of Engagement that takes precedence over these Terms in any conflict.
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:
The free Readiness Snapshot is an automated online self-assessment. The result you receive is generated from the answers you submit through the form and is provided "as is" for your information. It does not constitute formal professional advice and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any business decision. The optional Readiness Review call that follows is a 30-minute consultative conversation with no obligation on either side.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or any preliminary correspondence. Our total liability arising from anything covered by these Terms is limited to S$100, except where applicable law prohibits such limitation.
Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the relevant Statement of Work or Letter of Engagement, not these Terms.
The website and the free Readiness Snapshot are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on the site or the Snapshot result, except where such warranties are required by applicable law.
The website may link to third-party sites (e.g., LinkedIn). SEL is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of such third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
